1. Introduction & Acceptance  

By using or ordering from ogmini.store (referred to below as “OGMini”, “we”, “us” or “the Seller”), you (“you”, “Buyer” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service, Terms & Conditions and the Seller’s Shipping & Refund Policy, Copyright Policy and Privacy Policy. Placing an order or checking the confirmation box during checkout indicates that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. 

A few specific points you expressly agree to by placing an order:

• You accept these Terms & Conditions and related policies (Shipping & Refund, Copyright, Privacy).

• An unboxing video meeting our guidelines is mandatory for any claims related to delivery or product returns (see Shipping & Refund policy for full details). Claims without a compliant unboxing video will not be entertained.

• Most products on the site are intended for persons aged 14 years and older, unless otherwise specified on the product page. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 14 years old.

• You confirm that you have read and accepted the product description, size, condition and other details presented on the relevant product page before ordering.

2. Definitions  

• Seller / OGMini: ogmini.store and its affiliates, agents and representatives.

• Buyer / Customer: any person, entity or company placing an order through OGMini or its authorized channels.

3. Order Acceptance, Contract Formation & Cancellation  

1. After you place an order, an order confirmation page and an automated confirmation email with order details will be generated. This confirmation is for your records and does not constitute final acceptance.

2. A binding contract for sale is formed only when the Seller has received full payment (consideration). The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any order, and may cancel any order at its sole discretion.

3. If the Seller cancels an order, refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method or by wire transfer. Refunds will be processed within 8–15 bank working days from the date of cancellation.

4. Any threats, attempts to defame OGMini, or other malicious conduct carried out via any channel (social media, public posts, forums etc.) may result in legal action.

4. Prices, Invoices & Pricing Errors  

1. The price shown on a product page represents the product price or Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Final displayed price may include applicable taxes and standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

2. If the selling price is shown above the MRP, the additional amount may reflect special packaging or shipping charges.

3. Pre-order prices are subject to change based on availability and landing costs. We will inform buyers of any price changes via email.

4. If a product is mistakenly listed at ₹0 (zero), it is a listing or technical error and such orders will be cancelled without prior notice.

5. Automated confirmations, checkout previews or preliminary invoices are not final tax invoices. The final tax invoice will be issued and included with the dispatched package. You may request a copy of the final tax invoice after your order is processed.

6. OGMini reserves the right to change product prices, MRPs, handling charges and other pricing components at any time without prior notice. Price changes will be reflected on the website and apply to future orders.

5. Product Description, Quality & Usage  

1. Goods described on ogmini.store are the items offered for sale unless stated otherwise on the product page.

2. Color & display: We strive for accurate color reproduction, but actual colors may vary due to device displays (phones, monitors). We disclaim any warranty as to perfect color match to the extent permitted by law.

3. Availability: Items are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable before checkout completes, you will be notified. If we cannot complete an order after processing, we may cancel it and notify you by email. No substitute item will be shipped without your consent.

4. Collectible model imperfections: Many of our products are small-scale collectible models. Minor imperfections (slight paint blemishes, uneven gaps, small surface marks) are inherent to manufacturing at scale and do not constitute defects for return.

5. Opening parts & fitment: Models with opening parts (doors, bonnets, trunks) may be loose or require support to remain open. Slight panel misalignments are normal and are not defects.

6. Handling: Collectible models are delicate; damage caused by misuse or rough handling is not covered under our policies.

7. Brand / quality research: OGMini is a retail portal, not the manufacturer. Buyers should research brand-specific quality expectations (for example: budget vs premium collectible brands) before purchase. Returns based on mismatch of perceived brand quality are not accepted.

8. Wheel & assembly: Many models use press-fit wheels. If a wheel is out of position it can usually be pressed back into place; such issues are not valid grounds for return. Wheels on collectible models are not guaranteed to be free-rolling.

6. Packaging & Shipping  

Packaging  

1. OGMini strives to pack items securely. However, outer packaging, acrylic cases or non-essential packaging elements are not guaranteed to remain pristine during transit unless explicitly specified for a product. Minor cosmetic marks that do not affect product functionality are not eligible for return.

2. If you require special or enhanced packaging (for gifts, etc.), contact us before placing your order; additional charges may apply.

Shipping  

1. Shipping charges are shown at checkout and are to be borne by the Buyer unless a listing states “Free Shipping”.

2. Delivery address: orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to the Seller, re-shipment charges or return deductions will apply. The Seller is not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect address or contact information.

3. Ensure the mobile number you provide is active, Indian-issued, and able to receive OTPs; courier partners often require this for delivery.

4. If the buyer is not available at delivery, or address/contact details are incorrect, the shipment may be returned to OGMini. Additional shipping charges for reattempts will be charged to the buyer.

5. Once dispatched, contact details and delivery address cannot be changed.

6. Delivery timeline: delivery typically ranges 7–28 working days from order confirmation depending on location and product availability (excluding pre-order items, which have separate timelines). We will endeavor to deliver in 7–12 working days where possible. All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Time-sensitive orders: if you need goods for a specific event, order well in advance (recommended 15–21 working days). Late delivery due to logistics is not a valid reason for return or refund where timelines were reasonably estimated.

Transfer of Risk   

Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address. After delivery, the buyer is responsible for custody and care of the item.

7. Returns, Refunds & Unboxing Video Requirement  

Important: Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received damaged in transit.

• Product has a manufacturing defect.

• A wrong item was delivered.

For any of the above claims, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required — starting with the parcel label and clearly showing the package opening and product inspection. Claims lacking such a video will not be entertained. Please consult the Shipping & Refund Policy page for detailed Unboxing Video Guidelines prior to placing an order.

If an item needs to be returned because it was damaged in transit, defective, or the wrong item was sent, follow the return instructions on the Shipping & Refund Policy page. Refunds will be processed in accordance with that policy.

8. International Orders  

OGMini can ship internationally. International buyers should contact info@ogmini.in for shipping inquiries; responses may take 24–48 hours. For international orders, we accept payments via PayPal unless otherwise communicated.

9. Pre-Order Policy  

1. Pre-order delivery timeframes are approximate and subject to change due to production, shipping or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. No cancellation: pre-orders are final at the time of confirmation — buyers must review product details before placing pre-orders.

3. No refund: by placing a pre-order you accept that refunds for pre-orders are not available except where required by applicable law or where the Seller cancels the pre-order.

4. OGMini reserves the right to change pre-order prices; price changes apply to all pre-orders.

5. OGMini may cancel pre-orders for reasons such as insufficient stock, production issues, or discontinuation; in such cases a full refund will be processed.

6. Pre-order related disputes will be handled through OGMini’s official communication channels.

10. Resale & Price Manipulation Policy  

To preserve brand integrity and collector value, purchases from ogmini.store are intended for personal use and collection only.

1. No unauthorized resale: Buyers must not resell OGMini products for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

2. Selling our products at prices other than those listed on ogmini.store — either lower or higher — on any online or offline marketplace is prohibited.

3. Bulk restrictions: maximum 2 units per model are permitted per buyer by default. Orders suspected to be placed for resale may be canceled or held for review. Multiple orders attempting to bypass quantity limits may be canceled and the buyer blacklisted.

4. Violations may result in order cancellation, blacklisting, take down requests on platforms, and legal action including cease & desist notices, claims for damages and trademark enforcement.

5. To report suspected unauthorized resellers, email info@ogmini.in with supporting details.

11. Conduct, Communication & Dispute Process  

Conduct  

OGMini expects courteous and lawful communications. Abusive, threatening, defamatory or obscene language towards staff or representatives is prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate rejection of complaints,

• Account suspension or permanent blocking, and/or

• Legal action where appropriate.

Communication Channels & Requirements  

1. Email as primary channel: All order-related communication, complaints or disputes (except initial product inquiries) must be made via the registered email address used for ordering or the company email listed on our website. Communications from unregistered or third-party emails may not be responded to.

2. Order ID and details: When filing claims include your correct order ID in the subject line, a detailed description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video plus relevant photos/videos to help expedite resolution.

Third-party Involvement   

OGMini will not engage third parties (influencers, intermediaries, or unverified advocates) in dispute resolution unless they are legally appointed and documented.

12. Resolution Timeline  

OGMini aims to investigate and resolve legitimate issues fairly. Typical resolution timelines vary by case complexity: minimum 7 working days and up to 45 working days. Your cooperation speeds up the process.

13. Limitation of Liability  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OGMini and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, goodwill or other intangible losses) arising from the use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Intellectual Property & Copyright  

All website content — text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product listings and trademarks — is the property of OGMini or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. No content from the site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without prior written permission.

15. Legal Action for Defamation, Threats & Fraud  

OGMini takes its reputation seriously. The following are prohibited and may result in civil or criminal action:

• Public defamation, threats, malicious false allegations, or coordinated efforts to malign OGMini on social media, review platforms or public venues.

• Filing false complaints, initiating baseless chargebacks or attempting fraud against OGMini.

• Attempts to coerce OGMini through public pressure, extortion, or misrepresentation. 

OGMini reserves the right to pursue recovery for damages, legal costs and other available remedies under applicable Indian laws.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction  

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements between the Buyer and OGMini are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

17. Miscellaneous  

1. Orders may involve third-party payment processors and courier partners; their rules and timelines may apply and can affect dispute resolution timeframes.

2. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

3. OGMini reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and related policies at any time. Material changes will be posted on the website; continued use of the service after such changes indicates acceptance.
